TERMINATION

The services can be terminated by the company (the “Client”) or by Baimin by giving prior written notice. Baimin can also suspend or terminate the services with immediate effect, both in respect of any specific services or generally if an event arises that, were the services to continue might unreasonably burden or affect any of the parties, not receiving clear and timely instructions from the Client, non-compliance with any applicable laws or regulations by the Client, unreasonably refusing to settle Baimin´s invoice or insolvency or a continued impairment of the moral, legal or financial integrity of the company to be determined at the sole discretion of Baimin.

Baimin can terminate the services with immediate effect in case of the Client’s serious misconduct that cannot be remedied, unless such remedy is explicitly excluded under the applicable law.

After full settlement of all outstanding invoices, costs and/or fees, including the transfer fee, by the Client, the corporate and administration documents relating to the Company and its affairs, which are held by Baimin, shall be returned to the Client, or any other person so designated by the Client for this purpose. If the Client fail to settle any outstanding invoices, costs and/or fees, including the transfer fee if applicable, Baimin shall, to the extent permitted by applicable law, have the right not to release from its possession or control the corporate and administration documents relating to the Client and its affairs.

REFUND POLICY

In the event that you make a purchase of a Company incorporation pack but then change your mind prior to the submission, we will refund all monies paid to us with the subtraction document preparation fee.

Refunds cannot be given once the company has been submitted.

The request for a refund is received by Baimin, in writing (E-mail or snail mail) include invoice number, name of company under which the service was commissioned, name of person the invoice was billed to and the e-mail address used at the time of the commissioning of the required service; phone calls will not be sufficient.

For services on an annual basis, if client decided to quit, stop or change service provider during the year, regret no refund will be arranged.
